We cannot refund or exchange products because you dislike the fragrance, because each product is made to order just for YOU. We will not be responsible for damages incurred during shipment.

All packages are well packaged in an appropriate manner. We do understand that damage DOES occur during shipment. In the event that damages DO occur during shipment, please email us so we can discuss replacements. Replacements will only be made upon inspection of returned damaged items. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns that meet the return criteria. If items are returned because of defect or error on our part, the items will be replaced or credited without incurring the restocking fee. Orders that are refused upon delivery by the customer, and returned by the carrier, will be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.

Privacy Policy:

We DO NOT sell, trade, or share email addresses or your personal information for any reason!! We value your privacy as much as we do ours!!

Payment Policy:

For your payment convenience, I accept money orders, as well as other payment options available through PayPal. You may pay through PayPal even if you don`t have an account with them! If you prefer to give your credit card information over the phone, please give me a call and I will process that for you at 817-490-9903.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt. Orders are shipped through the USPS, and you will have a choice of rates when you place your order. I highly recommend that you purchase insurance, as I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. This will protect us both against a loss. Insurance is based on the total value of the items you are purchasing. You may select this option by clicking "Shipping Insurance" in the top left side.

In the event that the final shipping cost is less I will refund the difference.

All prices are subject to change. When costs of supplies goes up so do the prices. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
